HOW DO I ORDER UNIFORMS?
Uniforms are available for purchase directly from our uniform vendor, John Benjamin Designs. Our vendor created a special site, just for KSP families which can be accessed by visiting kspscholarstore.JBDesigns.com

KIPP STRIVE Primary will no longer sell uniforms from the school. All items must be purchased through our vendor.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
During the first two ordering periods, the "Back to school Savings/Order Periods", families will pay $1.50 per item for shipping and handling.
This time period ensures scholars will have uniforms to start the school year. Scholars will receive their items in their backpack.

After the back to school time has passed, items will be shipped to your home. Shipping cost typically average $7-$8 per order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
John Benjamin Designs only accepts return/exchanges due to defected merchandise upon delivery, or a mis-ship due to JBD error. All order issues must be reported within 5 days of order receipt. No return will be accepted without JBD’s prior authorization.
WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?
If ordering during a Back to School Period – there is a list of delivery dates the uniform website.

If ordering during the school year and all items in an order are in stock, your order will ship within 24-48 hours. Items will be delivered to the address provided at checkout within 2-3 days of shipment.

I DON'T KNOW MY SCHOLAR'S SIZE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The best thing to do is to come into the Front Office to try on all the items you would like to purchase, that way you know the exact size to buy.
WHAT ARE KSP SCHOLARS REQUIRED TO WEAR?
All KSP scholars are required to wear a school polo once the traditional school year has begun and the scholar has earned their polo. During Summer KIPPnotizing, scholars are required to wear a KSP Summer School shirt. Scholars are required to wear navy blue uniform bottoms during the entire school year.
